Summary

Website terms first, project terms separately

These terms are designed for use of this website. They do not replace the written proposal, statement of work, or agreement used for a paid Synced engagement.

Website use

You may use this website to learn about Synced, submit enquiries, book discovery calls, and read practical AI workflow content.

Paid work

Discovery, implementation, support, and any other paid engagement are governed by separate written terms agreed with you.

No guarantees

Website content explains our approach, but it is not a guarantee of savings, ROI, delivery dates, or a specific technical result.

Using the site

You are responsible for how you use the website

You agree to use the site lawfully and in a way that does not damage, interrupt, misuse, or compromise the website, its users, or Synced.

  • do not submit unlawful, harmful, misleading, confidential, or highly sensitive information through public website forms or chat
  • do not attempt to overload, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass security on the site
  • do not use the chat assistant, booking tools, or contact forms for spam or automated abuse
  • do not copy, republish, or commercially reuse site content without permission, except where fair dealing or another legal right applies

Information you submit

If you submit a form, book a call, or use the chat assistant, you are responsible for making sure the information you provide is accurate and that you have permission to share it. Avoid sending passwords, payment details, special-category data, or confidential client information through website forms or chat.

Our handling of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Content

Website content is guidance, not a promise

Synced publishes practical information about AI workflows, automation, discovery, implementation, and business operations. It is provided for general information only.

No professional advice

Website content is not legal, financial, accounting, tax, security, or procurement advice. You should take appropriate professional advice before relying on any information for a regulated, high-risk, or business-critical decision.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep information useful and current, but we do not guarantee that every page, price, article, availability slot, or example will always be complete, accurate, or available. We may change, remove, or update site content at any time.

Bookings and forms

Submitting a form does not create a client relationship

A discovery call, contact form submission, chat message, or email enquiry does not by itself create a consultancy agreement, commitment to work, or obligation for Synced to accept a project.

Booking a call

Booking availability is provided for convenience. We may reschedule, decline, or cancel a call where necessary. Calendar invitations and Google Meet links are sent using the details you provide.

Using the assistant

The chat assistant is there to answer common questions about Synced. Its responses may be incomplete or imperfect, and anything important should be confirmed directly with Synced before you rely on it.

Paid services

Project work needs written agreement

If we decide to work together, the project will be governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, or client agreement. Those written terms take priority over these website terms for the paid engagement.

Separate terms normally cover

  • scope, deliverables, responsibilities, timings, and fees
  • payment terms, expenses, cancellation, and change control
  • intellectual property, handover, source code, documentation, and licence terms
  • support, maintenance, warranties, liabilities, and confidentiality

Savings and ROI examples

Any examples of savings, recovered time, improved delivery, or ROI are illustrative unless they are expressly stated as case-study results. Actual outcomes depend on the workflow, data quality, adoption, existing tools, review points, and operating constraints.

Synced will aim to identify, prioritise, measure, and reduce repeated work where practical. We do not guarantee a particular financial outcome from using the website or from an initial conversation.

Ownership

Synced owns the website content

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, copy, structure, graphics, branding, and other content belong to Synced or its licensors.

You may view the site, share links to public pages, and use short excerpts with attribution where legally permitted. You must not copy substantial parts of the site, remove branding, or present Synced content as your own without permission.

Liability

Our liability is limited where the law allows

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Website availability

We are not responsible for loss caused by the site being unavailable, interrupted, delayed, or affected by technical issues outside our reasonable control.

External links

The site may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, availability, or security.

Indirect loss

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synced is not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales

If there is a dispute about use of this website, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer or data protection law says otherwise.
