Request deletion of Facebook data
If you used Facebook to connect with Synced and would like associated data removed, you can request deletion at any time.
How to request deletion
Send us enough detail to find and remove the right data
We use the information you provide only to identify the relevant Facebook-related records and process your deletion request.
Help us identify the data
Include the name and email address linked to your Facebook account, plus any other details you used when connecting with Synced.
We remove the relevant records
We will delete the Facebook-related data we hold unless limited retention is required for legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Timing
Requests are normally completed within 30 days
If we need more information to identify your data, we will contact you using the details provided in the request.
What we delete
We delete the Facebook-related account, profile, or connection data held by Synced where we can identify it and where there is no overriding reason to retain it.
Facebook settings
You can also remove Synced from your Facebook account by visiting Facebook Settings, then Apps and Websites, and removing the app from your active connections.
